When I started Medifast, my BMI was over 60 - Super Obese, which is a description within Morbidly Obese (anything over a BMI of 40, for my purposes here.) Between when I started Medifast in October, 2007 & May 24, 2008, when I weighed 242 with my BMI at 39, I took the following photos.
